Wavve Boating Launches the World’s First on the Water Experience and Navigation Management Platform for Boat Clubs and Marinas
Wavve Clubs, the latest innovation from Wavve Boating, is a new, exclusive online platform that helps boat clubs and marine businesses share experiences and information with their members.
Kingston, Ontario – Wavve Boating is announcing the release of it’s new online platform, Wavve Clubs, allowing boat clubs to easily share experiences and important information with their members. This platform enables the sharing of exclusive locations, pre-planned routes and important announcements in one convenient online portal.
Wavve Clubs provides an easy-to-use online member and experience management platform that integrates with the digital maps of the Wavve Boating app for boat clubs seeking to provide unique, incredible boating experiences to their members in exclusive boating groups.
Once members are in the group, they can easily access shared information via the Wavve Boating app. Clubs can also send group members notifications, post pre-planned routes, and manage active users.
The interest in recreational boating dramatically increased in 2020. Annual U.S. sales of boats, marine products and services were estimated at $47 billion in 2020, up 9 percent from 2019. Boat clubs have been a part of this boating boom. Since May 2019, Freedom Boat Club, the largest boat club franchise in North America, has increased memberships by 61% as more people want to start boating, but can’t justify owning a boat.
